Re: Volvo MMM2 2012.1 but how to upload and copy?

    I really don't understand.

    What did I do:
    Start IMG Burn
    - Create image file from disc
    - Select destination
    - Read speed 1x till 8x
    - Start reading.

Then I did try to burn the image but that didn't work. This pop-up was coming up

Optimal layer break position must be multiple of 16
    Optimal LO sectors 2.007.649
    Next largest acceptable value 2.007.664

    Anybody knows what to do?

    Many thnx

Go to "Setting" menu and change layer-break in "Calculate optimal" (untick "User specified").

If you made .img file with some catalog file like a .mds or .cue etc. and .iso files, use directly .iso file, and you'll not have problems with LB for burning. At reading set lower speed like a 2.4x for DL DVDs, that will make better img file and more reliable.

That's message isn't so important, read bellow

DVD DL Data - Lexus Navigation - ImgBurn Support - ImgBurn Support Forum

    Toyota-Lexus GEN5 Nav v11.1 Released on usenet

Another thing check "Double Layer" profile on the "Advanced" -> "Media" tab check is there checked to "DVD-R DL" and that can make problems, if you have DVD+R DL for burning, and checked profile is DVD-R DL insteda DVD+R DL.

Switch it back to DVD+R DL and you're ready for burning.

By default imgburn create imgs like a .mds .cue, maybe better to use MAGIC ISO or ULTRA ISO for creating .iso image, and then burn it directly with imgburn, by selecting .iso file directly, instead catalog files.

    Bellow link for magic iso

    DepositFiles

    and ultra iso

    DepositFiles

easy for use, insert dvd, and press create iso img

If you need help, contact me on pm

quick answer: delete or move out mds file and burn iso file :-)

    long answer:
when you create image you get two files:
    - iso file - main image file
    - mds file - additional small file with info about oryginal dvd (with info about oryginal layer break position)
Layer break position must be multiple of 16 (but on latest pressed dvd it is set to imposible position - not multiple 16)
When you try to burm using imgburn it looks for mds file (also when you select iso !). from mds it is geting imposible lb position and generates that message.
When you delete mds file imgburn will select new optimal lb position and burn iso file succesful.

Don`t know any navi system which reads/checks LB position so it can be set to anything (let imgburn figrure it out)
