  • Print-screen full Car-meny

Could anyone of you with an Audi Q7 2012-2015 (with MMI 3GP) do a print-screen of the Car-menu within the Green menu? I would like to have pictures of all the sub-menus and all scrolled pages.

My problem is that I cannot see the Board-computer settings in the normal Car-menu in the MMI.

    Thank you!

    Best regards.

    Try this:
-Scroll down to "DIAG SETTINGS" and press enter (by pushing the main rotary button)
-Scroll down to "APK 0x01, 0x0B, 0x0C" and press enter
-Scroll down to "BOARDCOMPUTER" and check this box
-Scroll to the bottom and select "Accept changes"
-Press the [RETURN] button until you come out of the service menu
    -Close & reboot MMI
    -Reboot mmi is important

If someone needs: How to MMI 3G screenshots:

    -SD card inside SD1 slot.
-Press and hold both LEFT and RIGHT buttons on the center console, ( < > arrow buttons) on the sides of the RETURN button. Wait until four LEDs on the soft buttons flash.
    -Release the buttons.
    -Turn off the ignition.
-Take the SD card out and connect it to your computer

      Thats for 2G!

For 3GP should be something like this:

      main/car/cardevice list" tick" on-boardcomputer
      main/car/carmenuoperation on-boardcomputer value "5"

Thank you both for your advice. Unfortunately none of it works. I already had the settings as you suggested. I also checked under "MMI-setup" menu, but there was no Board Computer option.
So it must another setting that I have missed.
Please mind you that I "retrofitted" my 3GP unit. Changed it from my factory fitted 3G High unit.

          Best regards.

Under car menu, somewhere should be instrument cluster menu(activated same way)...

Maybe no cluster menu on 3GP(and it works via DIS).
