i have this System at a Porsche Cayenne



i have tried to burn the "Map DVD Europe 08.2009", unfortunately it does not work.
have someone a tip that i can try? is there any more update that i Need?

Does anyone knows how to downgrade the firmware in Porsche Cayenne 2007?
I have upgraded to 08.2012 version and seems that the GPS signal is lost.
Before that, I ran 2010 maps, made update from A to B version and everything went good.

Now, original disc from 2006 is not recognized anymore and I would like to force a downgrade so that I could know if the GPS antenna died or not.
I tried removing the fuse from battery for 15 minutes but did not help, also tried a reset by pressing 148.
Also another question, the blue wire from DVD unit (under the passenger seat) is the cable from antenna?I know that needs to also have the other side of the connector in the PCM unit, right?

As the new owner of a 2004 Cayenne Turbo with DVD based nav I wonder if anyone has the latest middle east maps for the unit.
I currently have 10.2004 maps, there must be a newer middle east DVD than this surely.

Have searched this site but can't find anything and I'm a new member so I can't start a new thread.

If you have SW1.0 you must read your sofware version ! Press MAIN + TRIP and will be displayed ! And you must update it to install Level B.

could smb reload the links?or put new links for the update cd`s/map dvd?
I need tham to update a Cayenne 05 from pcm 2.1 V 1.00 (stock) to the last version.

Just updated my 987S, running on SW 3.3 previously with Map DVD 08.2007.
I just inserted the DVD in the Navigation reader in the front trunk, answered yes for the update of the navigation software, thats it.

Works all fine!
