Zoned european speedcams and redlight POI

Can some one point me where to get zoned POI. World speedcams file is not zoned. There are no speed limit notifications and it just flashes Safety Camera.

No I haven't. What I need is a single European camera POI for my in car KNA G520. As far as I know it only accepts single POI file.

Hi I've got a Kenwood G421V and used this file for the cameras but only used in the Uk so far
