"No valid unlock id" problem

Hi everybody.
I have instaled garmin on a fiew devises and have never had this problem.
I cant get a valid unlock id from the about menu.

This device has wince6.0 and was runing rout66. I have tried v5.00.20w and v5.00.30w with the same risult.

Can enybody help me with tis problem.

wellcome ....Thank.... I use 5.00.30 in thai tex but it may be shutoff sometime when I try to add new location
