  • TomTom One 2nd edition. What have I done wrong on Map update?

I have tried to update my TomTom one with the latest Map for UK. 850.2820.
    Info as follows:-
Original SD Card 240mb with Uk Map v675.1409
    Dev A----------A---------
    App 7.903(9183/040301) OS 1000
    GPS 1.21 Boot 1.002

I copied the previous SD card as a backup. I then downloaded the latest map UK 850.2820 149.4mb. This was put onto a 2GB SD card and used Alberts Keygen to get the DCT file and I assume that the process patched the system. This was all done on my computer. When I tried to use the new SD card copied from the first - removing the old map, with the new map in the One, TomTom said "No Map Found". I did not patch Home or Patch my System file.
Is that the mistake I have made in not patching the System file??
Thanks for any help in advance.
(Its called getting old and the mind cannot remember what to do!!!)
