Special 8.395.1913 version for x50 devices

    Code:
    http://kxmnmz.link-protector.com
From the 8393 x50 originator (and BiggerDave's quote):
"It is still no perfect but will give you truck features. After the install the Navcore will reboot once - that is normal and can take up to 4 minutes so be patient and don't turn it off.
If the Navcore works on your device you will notice that no Live serves will work (due to the different GPRS module) and that you have to turn the device off using the menu function for it or by holding the power button for 10 sec.
On some devices you have to press the reset button before you can turn them on again."

Please report DEAD LINKS via PM, not by posting in the thread. Thanks

I have noticed that that Live services do work on my GO950, but the power button does noting except for the soft reset after 15 seconds, which then loses my phone settings, but hats no big issue.

Shame about the power buton, but we cant have it all ways

Download the rar files at the top of this post and then once uncompressed use the 277mb folder "Navcore 8.395(1913)_Work_Truck_XL" I have it working on my Go 540 Live and its fine running on MicroSD with the map.

At what point is it giving this error?

Have you put the .meta & .tmeta into the insert_meta_from_Map_here folder?
Has the meta.txt file in the Progs folder of easyusetools got the Truck codes in it for the .meta & .tmeta?
Are you running easyusetools with your memory card plugged into your pc and telling it which drive letter it is (or your tomtom plugged if you've installed it onto that)?
Also have you got your device id in the txt file as well?

Maybe someone else will know whats wrong I am new to all this.

On the tom tom website it says it's compatible with the following "go's" : 520 / 720 / 920 / 530 / 730 / 930 / 7000. But if you've got a spare 4bg sd card why not give it a go........you just never know until you try it?? and on the other hand i could be completely wrong!(it might not work??)

                            Nothing Ventured, Nothing Gained!!
