Maybe make an overview of which programs and threads are for which hardware/software environment. Which runs and is compatible with what?
Like:
Win CE 5.0 on a car/radio/dvd/gps with 7"fold out screen, only SD card for GPS program files

Windows Mobile 6.1 phone
Android Phone
I-Phone
Maybe this could be put into a chart, so that people quickly can see what works with their product.
Oh, and a specific Marine Maps and Marine Software forum would also be great.
